The new osteria in Wayne from the owners of Pizzeria DiMeo is coming along nicely for a spring opening, reports Adam Erace for Meal Ticket. However, it won't be called Mozzeria, as initially planned — apparently it was too hard for people to pronounce. Writes Erace: "We can't imagine they'll have better luck with the restaurant's new name, Ardè." [Meal Ticket]
