Vetri is in expansion mode — not the Vetri empire this time, but the actual ristorante, which is expanding into the second floor of its existing building, according to Michael Klein. The upper floor will be converted from an apartment to a dining room, which will finally allow the tiny restaurant to seat larger parties, as well as host events and Sunday suppers.
