The empty corner spot at 13th and Snyder streets (next-door to Nick's Charcoal Pit) is in the earliest stages of transforming itself into a Thai takeout joint, according to the Passyunk Post. The building was renovated last year and, the Post reports, was previously rumored to be the future home of a coffee shop. The building's new owner also owns a place called Siamese Princess in Ardmore. [P'yunk Post]
