As work kicks off at chef 
Townsend Wentz's still-nameless East Passyunk project, Drink Philly has an interview with the restaurant's newly appointed GM, Lauren Harris. Harris' impressive resume includes working alongside Wentz at McCrossen's Tavern, where the two formed a strong working relationship. While the name and timeline are still anyone's guess, the interview sheds some light on what we can expect from the beverage program, the interior setup, and the "wine-forward" menu. [Drink Philly]
