West Philly Eats is at it again, with a top-five list ranking West Philly's cheesesteak offerings. And while the cheesesteak outlook across the river is less bleak than the slice scene, the takeaway seems to be that West Philly doesn't actually have five good cheesesteaks (but it does have a couple, including a halal version and an Ethiopian one).
