The Four Seasons will host a new monthly pop-up in the Cafe. Each month's dinner will feature a new cuisine from a different part of the world, beginning next week (Wednesday, March 19, from 5 to 8 p.m.) with Spain. A selection of classic tapas and pinchos (think Spanish tortillas, octopus a la plancha, meat and cheese boards) will pair with cava, sangria, and more.
