Here's a dude who has got Things to Say about cheesesteaks. So many things, in fact, that Eater cannot quite find a satisfying way to sum up the treatise, titled "The Future of Philadelphia's Terrible Cheesesteak Tradition Is Doomed." It's a little about fast-food bastardizations of cheesesteaks, a little about suspect vegan versions, and a little about how Geno Vento has dared suggest he might try to lighten his steaks up.
