First Look Inside Icon; Fabric Row Gets A Facelift

CENTER CITYIcon, the landmark art deco building at 1616 Walnut is finishing up its transformation from an office building to a luxury residential building, and Curbed got to take the first look inside. Check out the original light fixtures in the lobby, and the subtle art-deco influences in the design of the apartments.

FABRIC ROWAs Fabric Row is experiencing a retail revitalization, the streetscape has remained the same. The Community Design Collaborative put together a plan to spruce up the street and attract pedestrians by day and night.
