Wood-fired New American Petruce et al. officially opens tonight, from chefs Jonathan and Justin Petruce and partner Timothy Kweeder. (They've been in soft opening mode for a couple of nights now, which you know if you follow us on Twitter.)

Eater shared the opening menu earlier this week, and you can find some good food-porn teasers on Kweeder's Twitter feed. Drink Philly got an in-depth look at what you'll be drinking (spoiler alert: you'll be drinking really well, with Kweeder and George Costa running the show). And according to OpenTable, you can still get in for opening night.

Oh, and while they're still not on the menu and no promises can be made as to their availability, they've already started sneaking some pizzas into that oven. (Guess they heard what week it is.)
