A new coffee shop and cocktail bar is coming to Spring Garden St. (near Union Transfer and newly opened hybrid concept Vice Coffee, Tattoos, and Books), and Zagat Philly has the rundown. Win Win Coffee Bar (a.k.a. W/N W/N) aims to open before July at 931 Spring Garden, which used to be Siam Lotus Thai.
