A few weeks ago, it came out that this year's chef at Morgan's Pier would be David Gilberg, formerly of Koo Zee Doo. Now, we've got a few more details on the upcoming season, including the opening date: Thursday, May 1.
The full menu has yet to be released, but a few promised dishes include lobster rolls, piri piri chicken, crab cakes, and "a day-boat fish entree steamed in corn husks." Sunday brunch will be back with some help from Gilberg's wife, pastry chef Carla Goncalves, and there will be monthly Tuesday night events featuring guest chefs and different themes, like a clam bake and tiki night.
