Craig LaBan road-tripped out to Lancaster County to check out a food scene that's really coming into its own, as more chefs and artisans are making good use of the local bounty. LaBan checks in with growers (including Tom Culton, who vends at the Headhouse market and supplies tons of Philly restaurants with some of their more interesting produce finds), chefs, distillers and coffee roasters to get a bead on how the scene's been shifting in recent years.
