Eataly founder Oscar Farinetti announced further expansion plans for the Italian mega-emporium, promising two new stores in Manhattan and reaffirming earlier claims that Philly is a target for one of the next few to open. In December, Eataly partner Joe Bastianich said that a Philly location was "probably a year away," but Eataly reps later walked that back.
