Jose Garces' new Avenue of the Arts showcase will begin service in its main dining room on April 16 (and it looks like there are still plenty of tickets available). But we know you like sneak peeks as much as we do, so here you go: check out this (very food-porny) video preview from the Garces Group, then go ahead and mark your calendars for Wednesday, April 9. That's when Bar Volver, the walk-in-friendly champagne and caviar lounge, will open to the public.
