Industry Deals at Petruce et al.; Jon Favreau's Chef Opens Locally This Friday

EAST PASSYUNK — Cantina Los Caballitos is making some changes to their outdoor seating: they're paving over the surface, which should mean fewer mosquitos, but they're also restricting the hours to appease the neighbors.
