Fish Butchering Demo With Chef Morimoto; Feliz Crew Switching Gears

CENTER CITY — Chef Masaharu Morimoto will make an appearance at Morimoto this Sunday, May 4. Dine at the bar and you'll get to watch him break down some whole fish (slated to appear: hiramasa, or yellowtail amberjack, and Japanese fluke)—and get a few tastes of the fish and of some other new dishes for spring.
