Peter Serpico just tweeted this "TENTATIVE menu" (emphasis his) for a collab dinner with Carlo Mirarchi of Blanca, the twelve-seat, tasting-menu-only hot spot attached to Roberta's in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn. And tentative though it may be, it's awfully intriguing, what with courses like "hot tripe and lobster and cold lobster and tripe." Blanca is a notoriously tough reservation to get, and not counting the trip to NYC, dinner alone there will set you back $195 per person.
The dinner at Serpico costs $100 per person, and is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10. (Yup, that's the same night as Marc Vetri's huge Great Chefs Event. That's rough, but hey—the last Serpico collab, with the Brooklyn Star, conflicted with the Resurrection.) We'll try to have some more details up soon, but it's best to assume reservations will go quickly for this one even with the scheduling conflict, so screw the details.
