FISHTOWN — Looks like The Yachtsman, Tommy Up's tiki bar, is on its way: the Kickstarter campaign hit its goal last night. Drink Philly interviewed Up on the tiki concept and its place in Fishtown. Of the Kickstarter controversy, Up says: "As a creator, and especially as a somewhat public figure in Philadelphia, you become a pretty easy target.
