Here's a little more on new Lousiana-inspired spot Mamou, which will reportedly have chef Paul Martin (Catahoula, Strangelove's) in the kitchen — and open a bit later than initially expected. Mamou replaces The Corner, which shut down last week to rebrand with a very optimistic timeline that would've had it re-opened by now; their website says June 2 for the grand opening. [Philly.com]
