Charlie Was a Sinner, the new bar promising "peculiar libations & plant-based sustenance" from HipCityVeg owner Nicole Marquis, is just about a week from opening on 13th Street, according to Michael Klein. They're heavily into staff training and tasting, which allowed Klein a sneak peek at a few menu items despite Marquis' reported reticence to share the full menu just yet.
