Looks like megatippers TipsForJesus hit Philly this week: The Insider reported that two servers at Rouge on Rittenhouse Square received outsized tips last night from a pair of guests flashing an AmEx black card: $5,000 added to a check of $258.25, and $2,000 on a $150.15 bar tab.
Now, pictures posted to TipsForJesus' Instagram confirm that the group was behind the huge tips at Rouge.
