Tonight, it's round 2 of the Ramen Rumbles series hosted by Cheu Noodle Bar. Headlining this time around are chefs Nick Macri (of Border Springs Lamb in Reading Terminal Market) and Scott Schroeder (of South Philadelphia Tap Room and American Sardine Bar). Cheu earlier announced that Macri plans a lamb barbacoa ramen, while the SPTR team has chosen to keep their dish top-secret. $25 gets you two mini-bowls of ramen, a beer, and a ballot — the guests decide whose ramen is best.
