Cooper River Distillers in Camden began production on their first product, Petty's Island Rum, in April of this year, with plans for several more craft spirits to come. Drink Philly dropped by a recent open house hosted by chief distiller and owner James Yoakam, which ended with the small-batch operation selling completely out of its stock. [Drink Philly]
