A FEDNUTS NEAR YOU — Federal Donuts nabbed some high-profile help for their Rooster Soup Kickstarter: former governor Ed Rendell made this charmingly goofy video (wherein he determines that a cheesesteak donut just "sucks") to launch a Rendell-endorsed special donut. Starting tomorrow, July 1 through the end of the Kickstarter campaign (July 26), all FedNuts locations will sell his red velvet donut with cream cheese frosting for $3 a pop, with proceeds going to Rooster Soup. PENNSPORT — The Guerrilla Ultima barbecue truck has split from 2nd Street Brew House, reports the Passyunk Post. The truck will continue to serve elsewhere, and owner Robert Legget says he's been shopping for real estate for a brick-and-mortar location. [P'yunk Post]
YELP WANTED — Eater National asked a bunch of chefs (including Drew Nieporent, Paul Qui, Andrew Zimmern, and Philly's own Eli Kulp) to read some of the worst Yelp reviews ever leveled against them — and helpfully filmed it, so you can go watch it right now. [-EN-]
