Drury Beer Garden's Souvlas: Next-Level Meat on a Stick

meat_on_a_stick250.gifWe're celebrating meat on a stick for The Five Days of Meat, and what is a spit if not just a really big stick? Drury Beer Garden at Opa's been spit-roasting animals for their summer souvlas all season long, including this pig roast last weekend. But don't worry: they've got at least one more planned for the fall, and we'll share the details as soon as it's set.

The first souvla in the series, which featured lamb, was hosted by the owners' father and uncles:
