Another Tria Cafe will open in the former home of Dmitri's, reports Michael Klein. (After 14 years in business, the Greek staple closed earlier this year following the sale of the building.) Details are scarce, but the newest Tria will have a full kitchen and weekend brunch. According to the report, co-owner Jon Myerow has described the menu as "more dinner-friendly, but very recognizably Tria."
Tria Cafe Fitler Square hopes to open before the end of this year. In addition to Tria Cafes in Rittenhouse and Wash West, the beer, cheese, and wine specialists also own Tria Taproom, which earned a 2014 James Beard nod for design.
