La Colombe owner Todd Carmichael took to Vimeo to demonstrate his new coffee brewing device called the Dragon — a device he says "bridges the gap between people who have just a casual relationship with coffee and people who have an insane relationship with coffee, like me." The new "manual pour-over siphon" is launching "soon," according to coffee industry blog Sprudge.
