Here's an opening report on Blue Corn, a new Mexican restaurant in the space that most recently held Torero tapas bar, courtesy of the Passyunk Post. They're staying open until 2 a.m. nightly and feature an extensive menu of specialty cocktails; the menu ranges from a la carte standards like huaraches, flautas, and tacos (with a good variety of filling options, including goat, cabeza, and suadero), to full entrees in the $13-$20 range.
