Philly on Drunk History Tomorrow; The Fat Ham Brings Back Its Burger

FOOD TV — The Philly episode of Comedy Central's Drunk History, which shot on location at McGillin's and Geno's Steaks this winter, airs tomorrow, August 19. Also featured: Winona Ryder. The episode is on at 10 p.m.; there will be viewing parties and specials at both McGillin's and South Philly Bar and Grill. UPDATED 8/19: SPBG just announced that their watch party has been cancelled. However, the Taproom on 19th is having a watch party of their own, so you've still got a South Philly option. [EaterWire]

U CITY — Have you been missing the pimento cheeseburger at the Fat Ham ever since they nixed lunch service? Starting this Friday, August 22, it's back as a weekend special, bundled with a beer and a shot of bourbon (much like the Burger Citywide at Rex 1516). Starting at 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, a limited number of cheeseburgers will be made available for $18, including a side of fries and comeback sauce, a Neshaminy Creek Brewing Co. beer, and a shot of Four Roses Yellow Label bourbon.
