Esquire Is Clearly Trolling Us With This 'Cheesesteak'

The September issue of Esquire (which, yes, also spotlights Michael Solomonov's ability to look good in a suit) contains a feature called "The United States of Sandwiches." As part of that package, they've included a recipe for "The New Philly Cheesesteak."

It's a flank steak crostini with Boursin cheese and long-hot chimichurri.
