New German Cooking, the first cookbook from chefs Jeremy and Jessica Nolen (Brauhaus Schmitz, upcoming Whetstone), will be released on December 9 of this year. (You can preorder it now if you're so inclined.) The book, which contains 100 recipes, was co-written with Drew Lazor and features photography by Jason Varney.
