Vital dim sum update: Here's photographic evidence that work has begun on the Philly location of Nom Wah Tea Parlor, an outpost of the nearly century-old NYC dim sum shop that should hopefully open early this winter. (By the time it opens, we should already be enjoying dim sum at Bing Bing, from the owners of Cheu Noodle Bar, of which Tang has declared himself a fan.)
