Mike Solomonov's Dizengoff Gets an Opening Date

Dizengoff, the highly anticipated hummusiya from chef Michael Solomonov, is just one week out, with an official opening date of Monday, August 11. (Adjoining Abe Fisher will come along after, and is projected to open at least by September 7, which is the beginning of Restaurant Week.)

Solomonov has brought Zahav vet Emily Seaman on to helm the kitchen and design the menu, which you'll find below. Dizengoff will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
