There's a new Ben & Jerry's Scoop Shop now open at 1726 Sansom — and today through Wednesday, September 17, they're giving away free cones. The giveaway is valid each day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and again from 5 to 7 p.m.; while the cones are free, the shop will be accepting donations to CHOP. [Foobooz]
