A.Kitchen Nixes Breakfast; Germantown Ave Pub Crawl

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Haddonfield has been a dry town since 1873, but a few restaurants there will soon start serving wine. Philly Business Journal checks in on the early effects of the Alcohol Management Plan for Retail Outlets, the recently approved plan that makes it possible by allowing owners to lease a portion of their business to local wine makers. GERMANTOWN AVE. — This Saturday, September 20, visit three local breweries along Germantown Ave. and sample special collaborative brews at each stop. Bus rides are included to link Earth Bread + Brewery, Barren Hill, and Iron Hill Chestnut Hill, who've been working on collabs including a blond biere de garde brewed with arugula and sorrel, and a "jelly donut" Berliner Weisse with Montmorency cherries.
