Rittenhouse could be getting its own dedicated grilled cheese restaurant, according to a report from the Insider. Eran Wajswol, owner of Valley Shepherd Creamery and Meltkraft in the Reading Terminal Market, is seeking approval to go ahead with his plans for a second sandwich shop at 17th and Ranstead.
