Abe Fisher Has Happy Hour Now and All Is Right

Abe Fisher will debut a new happy hour tonight, and not a moment too soon. The format of the place (small plates, cocktails and wines by the glass all available at a flat price to encourage exploration) already lends itself perfectly to the vibe you want for a post-work wind-down. Now, you'll also benefit from a price break.

Seven days a week, from 5 to 6 p.m., you can choose any first-course dish, any cocktail, and/or any glass of wine for $7 apiece. (It works out to a savings of $3 on food and $5 on drinks.)

Take note: since opening, they've tweaked the menu. Instead of separating the plates out into vegetable, seafood, and meat categories, they've moved to a more traditional breakdown of first, second, and third courses that progress from lighter to more substantial items. (They've also added some new dishes since we last posted the opening menu.) Here's the current version; again, happy hour pricing will apply to the first column:
