Center City District Parks

Rosa Blanca Cafe is now open at Dilworth Park, just outside of City Hall. The new Garces Group spot is an offshoot of their Cuban diner concept, with a limited menu centered around coffee, pastries, and sandwiches — including breakfast sandwiches and a cheesesteak Cubano. No alcohol yet, but a bit later this fall, there are plans to begin serving beer, wine, and cocktails as well.

Hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Check out the menu below.
