This week, chef Mark Ladner is bringing his Pasta Flyer pop-up to town. Currently traveling in and operating out of a food truck, the concept is looking to offer fast, affordable, gluten-free pasta dishes and more.

In addition to a pop-up at Drexel, Ladner will be cooking at High Street on Market during lunch this Thursday, October 2, offering a gluten-free special from the Pasta Flyer menu. Then, he'll move over to Fork for a higher-end (but still gluten-free) collaborative dinner with chef Eli Kulp. (Find details and background info on the whole tour stop here.)

Kulp, who worked at Del Posto soon after graduating from culinary school, tells us, "Working with [Ladner] cemented my love for Italian-inspired cuisine, so I’m very excited to work with him after so many years."

You can still get in on the dinner, which runs $150 per guest (wine pairings are included in the price; call Fork for reservations). Check out the full menu below — with Del Posto's bolognese and Apician-spiced duck on the roster, this should be worth it whether you care about gluten or not.
