Chef Rob Marzinsky is out as executive chef at three-bell, Eater 38-caliber Fitler Dining Room, as originally reported by Meal Ticket. The restaurant has not yet announced a replacement, but according to a follow-up from Foobooz, co-owner Dan Clark (also of Pub and Kitchen and Avalon's Diving Horse) says they plan to promote from within.
For more on the talented chef's time at FDR (which he helped open about two years ago), read Eater's interview here. As for his next move, Marzinsky told Foobooz he "has something planned for February," then wants to take some time off to travel.
