RITTENHOUSE — A zoning meeting will be held tomorrow in regard to plans that would raze Little Pete's and the parking garage above it to make way for a planned Hudson Hotel. CENTER CITY — The Rita's Water Ice location at 1511 Spruce will re-open next month for the 2015 season. The franchise is now under new ownership, after a major act of vandalism last year forced the store to shut down and rebuild. The shop's first day back will be Friday, February 20. [EaterWire]
