Nationally acclaimed Joe Beddia is convinced he can make pizza at home that's just as good as what you'd find in his shop, and he's releasing a book with proof.
Titled PIZZA CAMP, and published by Abrams, the book will educate readers about the fundamentals of dough-making, sauce building, and pie crafting, all in the comfort of your own home, with your regular ol' oven. The release date is scheduled for Spring 2017.
