After 30 years of business (and 16 years in Philly), Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse keeps on trucking. Center City's Italian steakhouse, is opening its second Philly area location in the soon-to-come King of Prussia Town Center.

JBGR Retail, is bringing a "lifestyle center" to the Philly suburbs. Right across the road from the King of Prussia Mall, the Town Center is going to cover 20 acres of land, housing high end retail stores, entertainment venues, a Wegmans, pretty fountains and landscaping, and most importantly, restaurants. Davio's will join a handful of full-service restaurants like Fogo de Chão, City WorksPaladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar, as well as fast-casual restaurants, including Philly's own Honeygrow. Tom Sebastian, Senior Vice President of Development, said he hopes to create an atmosphere in the Philly Suburbs equal to that of what you might find in the city: great eating in a fun environment.

The entire complex (including all of its restaurants) is planned to open in the summer of 2016. In an interview with Sebastian, he mentioned the possibility of another major restaurant tenant joining the force, but negotiations are still in progress.
