Bluestone Lane has six locations in New York City, and the seventh is opening in the historic Radisson Blu Warwick Hotel on Saturday, November 21, 2015. The locations vary in concept, "coffee shops" or "cafes", and Aussie-born Nicholas Stone, founder and CEO of Bluestone Lane, is bringing the cafe version, similar to that of New York's West Village Collective Café, to Rittenhouse Square. The only differences being the size of the cafe and table service, for breakfast, lunch and early evening bites.

The coffee will come straight from Niccolo Coffee roasters in Melbourne, Australia, and the food menu will include favorites from Stone's other locations, like the Avocado Smash (avocado toast), coconut quinoa porridge, and ricotta-topped banana bread.
