It's time now to announce the winners of the 2015 Eater Awards, honoring some of the supremely talented chefs, bartenders, and restaurateurs who debuted exciting new restaurants in the past year.
Earlier this month, in each of 24 cities and on the national stage, the Eater editorial team named five nominees in each of five categories: Restaurant of the Year, Chef of the Year, Bartender of the Year, So Hot Right Now, and Stone Cold Stunner. For 24 hours, each category was opened up for reader voting to determine the three finalists. From those finalists, the editorial team has chosen the winners.
