After operating popular restaurants all around the city, former Fish and Fathom chef Mike Stollenwerk has flung open the doors on his new BYOB. Located in the heart of Old City on 26 N. 3rd St., the industrial, modern space plays host to Chef Stollenwerk's keen seafood-forward sensibilities.
