FISHTOWN — French-inspired BYOB bistro The Pickled Heron is turning four on Thursday, December 17, and its celebrating by featuring a four-course meal for $45 per person plus tax and gratuity. The theme of the dinner is "North South East West" and each course is inspired by a different Philadelphia neighborhood. The first course channels Port Richmond with lobster pierogi. Squid ink pasta honoring the Italian Market rounds out the second course, followed by a Chinatown inspired pan-seared duck breast and a West Philly bread pudding for dessert.
