The first 101 guests in line at Herban Quality Eats's (3601 Market Street) grand opening next Tuesday, December 15, will get a free lunch. The doors open at 11:30 a.m., so go early.
The new healthy fast-casual restaurant will offer a build-your-own meal assembly line, starting with a base, like Himalayan red rice, kale, or peanut noodles, a protein of chicken, salmon, steak, or "vegan jawn", two sides, and a sauce to bring it all together. It'll also have "Snacketizers" of fried plantains, guacamole, brownies, their title following suit with the restaurant's portmanteau of a name.
Its hours through December (subject to change next year) will be Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
