South Philly gravy-and-opera staple Victor Cafe is sporting a (temporary) new look. City Paper reports the restaurant's exterior has been outfitted as "Adrian's" for yet another installment of the Rocky franchise, Creed. As you can read on the restaurant's own website, Victor Cafe previously served the same function in the 2006 film Rocky Balboa. Even their Twitter display name reflects the transformation.
Creed began filming in Philly in January, and obviously there have been Sylvester Stallone spottings:
Tonight I had the pleasure of cooking for the one and only Sylvester Stallone at Le Virtù. Made a slow Monday go by nicely. Thanks Rock!

Though film crews were spotted today (and the Passyunk Post writes that bystanders did report seeing Stallone himself on set), a post to the cafe's Facebook page suggests that filming at their location may have begun days ago. (Sounds like the sign swap definitely preceded today's action: One FB commenter mentions being caught off guard by the "Adrian's" signs when visiting the Victor around V-Day.) The star also stopped by the Victor for dinner a few weeks ago, according to this photo:
