Marc Vetri, Vedge Among Philadelphia's Semifinalists for the 2015 James Beard Awards

Twenty-one local restaurants and chefs have made the long list.

The 2015 James Beard Foundation Award semifinalists were announced earlier today, and the following Philadelphia-area chefs and restaurants have made the cut.
